ATTENTION GROUPON USERS

If you have an unredeemed Groupon for a Beginner Mosaic Class, the amount you would have received as part of the Groupon deal prior to the expiration (“the promotional value”), is now expired.  However, you can use the amount you paid for the Groupon (“the paid value”) toward the purchase of a full-price class. For example, if the paid value of your Groupon was $35, the $35 can be used towards the $100 Beginner Mosaic Class fee and you would owe the remaining $65 at the time you schedule your class. Please note, as described below, that grouting is no longer included in the Beginner class curriculum, but offered for an additional fee.

*Policy on Reservations, Refunds, Cancellations, and Late Arrivals: To reserve a class, the class fee must be paid in full. There are no refunds. A student may reschedule a class (depending on the availability of the gallery) if the student provides at least 48 hours’ notice to the gallery. The gallery reserves the right to retain the class fee and not to reschedule with a student that “no-shows” or provides less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. Classes begin and end promptly at the designated times. The end-time of a class will not be extended to accommodate a student’s late arrival. Students arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their class fee and will not be permitted to join the class or reschedule to a different time.
